About Christy

Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) (Honours)

Christy is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) (Honours). She is passionate about helping children build confidence, discover new skills and enjoy the process of learning through play.

She has experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties and sensory processing differences. Christy regularly works with children experiencing challenges with emotional regulation, sensory processing and executive functioning, supporting them to build the skills and confidence needed to thrive at home, school and within their community.

Believing that every child is unique, Christy is committed to creating individualised, play-based therapy sessions that are guided by each child's strengths, interests and goals. She believes children learn best when they feel connected, supported and genuinely enjoy the therapy process, and celebrates every achievement, no matter how small, knowing these moments often become the foundation for greater confidence, independence and lifelong learning.

Working closely with parents, educators and other allied health professionals, Christy believes meaningful progress happens when everyone works together towards shared goals. She values building strong, collaborative relationships with families and is committed to supporting children in a way that is consistent, encouraging and centred around what matters most to them.

Above all, Christy hopes every child leaves therapy feeling proud of what they have achieved, confident to embrace new challenges, and excited to return for their next session.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Christy enjoys supporting families from culturally diverse backgrounds and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where children and caregivers feel heard, understood and supported throughout their therapy journey.
